5 of the best hidden gems in Ireland

Ireland is one of a kind, really. There are so many hot-spots throughout the country that are so well known & then there is a magnitude of hidden gems in Ireland that almost no one knows about. It’s gems like these that surprise visitors who come to the island & equip them then, with stories to tell back home.

Yes, we have some fantastic places, attractions, eateries & natural wonders throughout Ireland but it is the little things ‘off the beaten track’ that gives Ireland it’s heartbeat. All our tours here at Ireland Walk Hike Bike are ‘off the beaten track’, so it’s about time we share a few of Ireland’s lesser-known hidden gems we have discovered along the way.

Inch Beach, Co.Kerry

Surfing takes place here all year round & inch is the perfect location for a walk, run or swim or simply an outdoor adventure. Galloping horses can sometimes be spotted amongst the majestic strand. A hotspot for many film recordings & music videos with views of waves crashing against the cliffs & with a cute little café & bar nestled upon its edge; this beach is definitely a place to tick off your list & is one of the most understated hidden gems within Ireland.
