Itinerary
Broughshane is your base for the first three nights as you explore the beauty of the Glens of Antrim and the surrounding hills. Moving further north, your next four nights will be just outside the market town of Ballycastle on the north coast of Antrim, famous for its Oul’ Lammas Fair. From Ballycastle you explore the area around Fair Head, the north-easternmost tip of Ireland. On your ‘easy day’, if you wish and weather permitting, we may arrange an optional day trip by boat to Rathlin Island. You then walk along the Causeway Coast and visit the world-famous Giant’s Causeway. Your final day’s walk takes you inland from Ballycastle over Knocklayd to Glendun.
